How We Work To Make Our Candle Business More Sustainable

At Chill, Babe Candle co, we've always been committed to a great candle lighting experience, but also to sustainability and to the environment. We only get one planet, so keep reading to learn how we're working to make our candle company more sustainable!

Sustainable packaging

Packaging is a fun way to show off your brand identity, however, it's easy to go overboard and start becoming wasteful! Here's how we're being sustainable with our packaging.

Candle vessels

Both our glass vessels and metal tops can be reused or recycled! After your candle finishes burning, clean out your jar and use it for storage! If you don't want to keep it, all you have to do is recycle it! It's that simple!

Our Packaging

All of our boxes, thank you & care cards, and tape are recyclable! Our packing peanuts are super fun and water-soluble, which makes them sustainable as well. They're made out of corn starch, so all you have to do is run them under water and they dissolve! Cool right? This makes them a way more sustainable option than regular packing peanuts!

Eco-friendly & sustainable waxes

We use soy wax in all of our candles, which is a renewable resource and biodegradable. Soy wax is also sustainable because it does not require the use of any solvents or other chemicals to produce it.

We also use coconut wax in our candle wax blend. It's biodegradable, renewable, and a high yield source, making it a great sustainable option!

Carbon Neutral Shipping

We've partnered with Planet to help keep the shipping process cleaner for the environment. For every order we ship, our partners charge us a small fee to remove the atmospheric carbon produced by transportation used to ship your order, and store it for 10-1000+ years!
