We want you to love your Chill, Babe Candle Co. purchase! While we stand behind the quality of every product, our candles and other home fragrance items are handmade, which means small variations are normal. Here’s everything you need to know about returns, exchanges, and refunds.
1. General Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products, used candles and home fragrance items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

Any unused item that is older than 14 days from the date of purchase cannot be returned or exchanged.

All sale, clearance, seasonal items, gift cards, and digital products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
2. Damaged Items – Shipping Orders

We will replace or refund products that were damaged during shipping from www.chillbabecandleco.com.

To qualify, you must email photographic proof of damage and your receipt/order number to hello@chillbabecandleco.com within 48 hours of delivery.

After 48 hours, we cannot accept claims for shipping-related damage.
3. Defects or Damage After Use

We are not responsible for damage that occurs after a candle has been lit or a product has been used, as burning conditions and environments vary.

If you believe a product has a defect that caused damage during normal use, contact us within 48 hours of the occurrence with:

Your order number or proof of purchase

A brief description of how the product was being used at the time

Claims submitted without this information cannot be assessed for replacement or refund.
4. Gift Purchases

We are not responsible for items received as gifts.

All replacement or refund requests must come directly from the original purchaser and include the original order number.
5. In-Person Purchases (Markets, Pop-Ups, Storefront)

All sales are final for in-person purchases. Please inspect your item at the time of purchase.

If you discover a defect within 48 hours, contact us with photos and proof of purchase so we can assess the issue.

After 48 hours, replacements or refunds will not be offered.
6. Order Cancellations

To request an order cancellation, email us at info@chillbabecandleco.com within 24 hours of placing your order.

If your order has already shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
7. Returns for Eligible Items

For unused items eligible for return, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.

All eligible refunds will be issued as store credit.

Items must be returned in their original packaging and received within 14 days of delivery.
