Shipping policy
PROCESSING TIME:
The time needed to prepare an order for shipping can vary. In most circumstances, orders be shipped out within 2-4 business days.
Due to weekend delays and the nature of candles, orders will only be shipped out on Monday- Friday.
SHIPPING TIMES:
North America: 5-7 business days after 2-4 business day processing time.
*IMPORTANT*- In the warmer months (June-September) we ONLY ship out on Monday-Wednesday. This is to ensure your candles do not sit in a hot truck or warehouse over the weekend and melt your candles.
We try our best to meet these shipping estimates, but they cannot be guaranteed. Actual delivery time will depend on the postal service. Once the package is scanned by the post office we have no control over how long the package will take to arrive. We are not liable or responsible for any delays, re-routes, or failed deliveries of your package.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES:
If you are purchasing from outside of the United States, buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
